Definition
Human-Centered Design is an approach to product development, service design, and innovation that begins with a deep understanding of the people who will ultimately use the solution. Rather than designing around technology, internal preferences, or existing organizational processes, Human-Centered Design focuses on understanding users' goals, behaviors, motivations, frustrations, and real-world experiences before developing solutions.
