  • Digital deliverables only (no physical goods)
     

3. Payments & Pricing
 

  • All packages require full payment upfront before work begins.

  • Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal).

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
     

4. Delivery Timelines
 

Delivery estimates (e.g., 3–14 business days) are approximate and may vary based on project scope, data availability, or client responsiveness.
 

5. Refund Policy
 

Because our services are custom digital deliverables, all payments are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-cancelable once work has begun
     

Refunds are considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical error

  • Non-delivery due to a verifiable issue on our side
     

6. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate business details

  • Required access or documentation

  • Timely responses

  • Clear research objectives (if applicable)

Delays caused by the client may extend delivery times.
 

7. Intellectual Property
 

All research reports, data, insights, frameworks, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of YNALIZE LTD unless a white-label license has been explicitly purchased.
 

7.1 White-Label License Includes:
 

  • Removal of YNALIZE branding

  • Limited right to present reports as your own

  • No right to resell raw data, templates, or proprietary frameworks

  • Non-transferable license
     

7.2 Prohibited:

  • Reselling reports as templates

  • Using YNALIZE insights to train AI systems

  • Copying significant portions of our methodology
     

8. Use of AI
 

We use AI to:

  • Analyze data

  • Segment keywords

  • Generate insights

  • Improve research efficiency

  • Support communication and automation
     

Clients acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain automated elements

  • AI does not replace professional judgment

  • Final deliverables combine AI output with expert analysis
     

9. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

YNALIZE is not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on our reports

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or reputation

  • Third-party tool failures

  • Data inaccuracies caused by external sources

  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.
 

10. Data Privacy & Transfers
 

By using our site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in:

  • Israel

  • The United States

  • Europe

  • Other regions where our providers operate

All processing follows our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
