Robotic Process Automation, commonly abbreviated as RPA, is a technology that automates repetitive, rules-based digital tasks by using software robots to imitate routine human interactions with computer systems. Unlike Artificial Intelligence, which learns from data and adapts to changing conditions, RPA follows predefined instructions to perform structured activities consistently and accurately.
