Systems Dynamics is an analytical methodology that examines how complex systems evolve over time through feedback loops, delays, accumulations, dependencies, and interactions among multiple variables. Unlike traditional linear analysis, Systems Dynamics recognizes that business outcomes often result from interconnected relationships rather than isolated cause-and-effect events.


Organizations use Systems Dynamics to understand how customer behavior, operational capacity, investment decisions, market demand, workforce capability, innovation, and competitive activity influence one another over extended periods.
